What kinds of organizations do you typically work with?
We work with mid-sized Malaysian organizations — typically between 50 and 500 people — that are in a period of change, growth, or recalibration. Our engagements suit companies where people strategy matters to leadership, and where there's genuine willingness to look honestly at how the organization is structured and managed.
How long does a typical engagement take?
It depends on the service. Workforce Architecture runs 5–6 weeks, Succession Pathway Mapping takes 4–5 weeks, and the Employee Engagement Framework spans 4 weeks. These timelines assume reasonable access to key people within your organization. We're clear about what's involved from the outset.
What does your process look like in practice?
We begin with a discovery conversation to understand the situation. From there, we move through analysis, structured interviews with relevant people, and collaborative workshops. Our work ends with a concrete deliverable — a blueprint, framework, or map — along with a handover session to walk through findings and recommendations.
How do you handle sensitive matters like succession planning?
Carefully. Succession work touches on careers, relationships, and organizational identity. We handle it with discretion and clarity about who is involved in which conversations. We agree in advance on the scope of confidentiality and how findings will be shared internally.
Can we engage you for more than one service at a time?
Yes, and there are sometimes good reasons to combine engagements — for example, a workforce architecture review that naturally leads into succession planning. We discuss sequencing and how the work connects so that each engagement builds on the other rather than duplicating effort.
What does the stated price include?
The stated fee covers the full engagement as described — all discovery, analysis, workshops, and the final deliverable. If the scope of work changes materially, we discuss it openly before proceeding. There are no hidden additions.
